Cancellation Policy

At Dominika's Lash & Esthetics Studio, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Appointment Cancellations We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. 2. Late Cancellations Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations (within a few hours of your appointment time) will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. 3. No-Shows Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will result in a 100% charge of the service booked. 4. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable.
